Carwash FAQs

Yes. One of our attendants will help guide you through the process. We’ll just need you to put your car in neutral.

Our carwashes are open 7 days a week all year long and the majority are open 6am to 10pm.

We only offer exterior services at the moment. All of our locations feature free vacuums and free mat cleaners so your car can be clean inside and out.

Our Triple Foam treatment is three colors of rich foaming polish that enhances the paint’s shine and protection.

Hot waxing is one of the ways to improve your car’s durability and help it maintain its brand-new look. Carnauba naturally repels water and provides UV protection to protect your vehicle’s surface while providing a softness and shine like nothing else.

Ceramic Sealant extends the life of your wash by sealing in the clear coat, repelling water and protecting your vehicle’s finish from oxidation, UV damage, etching and staining. It provides outstanding drying quality and increases your vehicle’s paint gloss.

We can take care of cars, trucks, and vans up to 86 inches in height. At the moment we can’t wash trucks with dual wheels.

Convertibles: Please make sure that the roof is properly latched.

Pickup Trucks: The pickup bed must be completely empty before going through the wash. This is for the safety of your vehicle and our other customers. Also, some side-mirrors are incompatible with our process, and certain types of modifications that employ oversized or off-road tires or radically raised suspensions may not be compatible. Running boards should be pulled up.

Yes. We use cloth wash materials and mild cleaners. However, the paint should be allowed to cure before washing. Consult with your body shop for curing times (usually at least 30 days for repainted cars and body parts).

Yes. Most car makers caution against automatic washes that use acids on polished aluminum wheels, since these can stain — or carbon or plastic tire brushes, which can scratch. We do not use such acids, and only soft cloth washing material; so your wheels are perfectly safe. We are not responsible for custom painted rims.

Yes. However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. So, while you may wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks or chips may expand. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.

We prefer that CB and cell phone antennas be removed before washing and lower all others.

We aren’t responsible for plastic aftermarket accessories as they can run into problems, especially if they have been compromised before by rock chips or stress around the installation screws.

The Gas N Wash Unlimited Wash Club is a monthly fee that provides an unlimited amount of washes, free vacuums, and VIP service for each month the membership is renewed. The membership is only payable by a credit card and is automatically renewed each month. If you wish to cancel you will need to do so before the renewal date for which you are charged on. There will be no partial refunds given for partial periods.

You will be auto billed every month on the date you purchased your club package.
EXAMPLE: A membership purchased on December 10 will be automatically billed on the 10th of each month to the credit card on file.

Yes. Unlimited Wash Club memberships can be used at any of our locations. Check out the full list of locations here.

No. The membership is vehicle specific and limited to the vehicle that corresponds to the license plate on the account.

Yes. Visit any of our locations to transfer your membership to a new or different vehicle, or submit a request on the Manage my Membership page.

You can cancel your membership via the Manage my Membership page, by calling 855-GSN-WASH, or by speaking with a wash attendant.

Yes. If there is a reason for which you are unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can cancel the billing so that you are not being charged during that time. You will still have a membership, but it will not be active until you reinstate at the location where you purchased your membership.

No. You can cancel your membership or change your credit card on file by using your name or license plate number.

Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.

Promotion is for new members only. The first month of the membership in the club is $9.95 and is only an introductory offer. Full package price is automatically renewed the following months.

Yes. Visit the location where you joined and add family vehicles to your existing membership for a $5 discount on additional vehicle(s). Our family plan excludes the basic club.
